- 150 gramskale
- 21 tablespoonOlive oil
- 30,5 spoonSalt
- 41 tablespoonPaprika
Instructions
Carefully remove the central stems from the leaves
Tear the leaves into pieces
Wash the leaves and dry them thoroughly with a clean cloth (otherwise the chips will remain soft)
In a salad bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the leaves along with the spices. Massage with your hands. The kale becomes softer and dark green.
Spread the kale in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper (do not overlap the leaves)
Bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees
