- 71 tablespoonAncient mustard
- 8125 gramsBrown rice(If you're short on time, choose basmati white rice for faster cooking.)
Instructions
Peel and crush the garlic, set aside.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions
On medium heat, in a pan, add the spinach and fish fillets with a drizzle of olive oil
In the meantime, prepare the sauce: Mix the tahini with the garlic, lemon, and mustard. Thin with water until the desired consistency is reached.
The fish is cooked when it is no longer translucent.
Serve everything mixed, with the chopped nuts on top.
