Instructions

Cook the pasta

Melt 2-3 minutes washed spinach in a pan with a little olive oil

While beating the eggs, salt, pepper and spice

Add the eggs to the spinach, over medium heat stir regularly to scramble them

Add the cooked pasta to the mixture, a few drops of lemon juice

To enhance the dish: crumble some black garlic, a bit of feta, sesame seeds for example.
