Ingredients
- 180 gramsoat okara(dried 24 h (fridge))
- 2160 gramsNut
- 345 gramsCoconut sugar
- 41 roomegg
- 525 gramsCoconut oil
- 60,5 spoonBaking powder
- 740 gramsDark chocolate
Instructions
- Mix the nuts into powder (I use an electric coffee grinder)
- Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler
- Mix the nuts with the okara, sugar, and yeast
- Add the egg mixed with the melted oil (not too hot to avoid cooking the egg)
- Let it rest for 10 min
- Slightly flattened ball shape. The dough sticks, moisten your hands to be able to do this step
- Press 1/2 square of chocolate into the center of each ball and close it on top (always with wet fingers)
- Cook for about 11 minutes at 180 degrees (10 to 12 depending on your oven). The edges should be golden, the cookies remain tender, the center is cooked but not hard.
