Ingredients
- 1160 gramscomplete spaghetti(Bio)
- 21 roomButternut squash(About 700g)
- 32 tablespoonsCashew puree(or almond puree / coconut milk 80%)
- 42 boxesSardine
- 51 tablespoonTurmeric
- 62 handlesNut(From Grenoble)
Instructions
Peel and cut the butternut into cubes
Steam cook for 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions
Separate the cooked butternut, mash half of it
For the sauce, mix the cashew puree with the crushed part of the butternut, turmeric and dilute with a little water until you get the consistency of a sauce to your taste
Mix the sauce with the spaghetti, add the remaining butternut cubes
Serve with sardines, sprinkle with nuts
