Instructions

Prepare the sauce: peel and crush the garlic

Add the cashew puree, lemon and dilute with a little water until a sauce consistency

Crush the sardines coarsely

Mix the potatoes, drained asparagus and sardines

You can add a drizzle of olive oil on the plate before serving

Sprinkle with chopped basil
