Ingredients
- 1185 gramsZucchini(Yellow if possible, 1 small)
- 22 partsegg
- 385 gramsLittle spelt flour
- 41 tablespoonOlive oil
- 51 spoonCurry(Optional)
- 6150 mLOat milk
Instructions
Peel the zucchini and grate it finely.
In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, eggs, olive oil, and milk.
In another container, mix the flour and curry.
Combine the two preparations and mix to obtain a well-homogeneous paste.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Pour small circles of dough into the hot pan.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat — that's the secret to a perfect texture!
To serve with: Tapenade, hummus, tomato sauce, feta, grilled vegetables... even in a sweet version if you feel like it!
