Ingredients

- 82 podsGarlic

Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized dice.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
In a large skillet, sauté the chicken for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add the chopped onion and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, set aside in a bowl.
In the same pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they reduce for about 7 minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to the mushrooms. Cook for another 2 minutes, then mix with the reserved chicken and onion.
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix the peanut butter, crushed garlic, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 150 ml of water. Mix well until you get a homogeneous sauce. Add more water if you prefer a more liquid consistency.
Cook the spaghetti completely according to the package instructions
In a large skillet, mix the pasta, the chicken-mushroom mixture, and the peanut sauce.
Serve on hot plates and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
