Ingredients
- 1120 gramsWhole grain spelt flour(Or whole wheat flour)
- 23 partsegg
- 35 partsDried tomatoes
- 470 gramsParty
- 5100 mLOat milk
- 6160 gramsAsparagus(Green)
Instructions
Wash the asparagus, cut off the fibrous ends, then peel them if necessary. Steam them for about 7 minutes, adjusting the time according to their size, until they are tender but still crisp.
Mix the flour, plant-based milk, and eggs well
Mix the asparagus except for about a dozen heads to keep for decoration
Add the blended asparagus to the mixture
Add the sliced dried tomatoes; crumbled feta and paprika
Pour into previously oiled muffin tins
Place a head in each mold for decoration
Cook for 20 minutes (adjust according to the size of your molds) at 180 degrees
