    whole cane sugar(Coconut sugar, Rapadura)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Melt 60g of coconut oil.

Mix the oat flakes and the whole sugar to obtain a powder

Add the egg and remix.

Add melted coconut oil and mix.

Spread the biscuit into a 0.5 cm thick rectangle on a baking paper (If necessary, use a second sheet of paper on top to spread well with a rolling pin)

Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Meanwhile, crush the banana and mix with the peanut butter.

Melt the chocolate with the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

After removing from the oven, spread the banana-peanut mixture over the biscuit, then the melted chocolate

Sprinkle with previously crushed peanuts.

Put in the fridge for 2 hours to let the cookies harden and stabilize.

Cut into small strips and keep cool, or freeze.
