If you had to choose just one essential oil to have in your natural medicine kit, it would be true lavender! 🌿💜 A treasure to soothe the nervous system... and one of the few suitable for children (internally from 6 years old). Like all my recipes, these cookies are low GI for a 100% health approach, because indulging should always be allied with the well-being of our body, the cathedral of our soul. 💆‍♀️ For ages 6 and up. 💬 Tell me in the comments if you've already tried lavender in cooking!

    Almond puree

    lavender in grains(In organic store)

    lavender essential oil(3 drops, latin name: Lavandula angustifolia, do not confuse with lavender aspic)

    Coconut oil
    7 tablespoons

    Little spelt flour(Complete)
    200 grams
  • 6
    whole cane sugar
    40 grams
  • 7
    Dark chocolate(70% or more)
    20 grams

Instructions

Infuse 1 CS of lavender grains in 100 ml of hot water (10 min).

Melt the coconut oil.

Mix the flour and sugar, then add 5 tbsp of melted coconut oil and lavender infusion.

Form small balls, flatten them and place them on parchment paper.

Bake at 180°C for 8 min.

Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into fine shavings with a serrated knife

Prepare the icing by mixing the almond puree, 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 3 drops of lavender essential oil.

After removing the cookies from the oven, ice them with icing, add some chocolate shavings and some grains of real lavender

Place in the fridge for a firm glaze.
