Chocolate Lavender IG Bas Cookies
If you had to choose just one essential oil to have in your natural medicine kit, it would be true lavender! 🌿💜 A treasure to soothe the nervous system... and one of the few suitable for children (internally from 6 years old). Ingredients
- 12 tablespoonsAlmond puree
- 22 tablespoonslavender in grains(In organic store)
- 33lavender essential oil(3 drops, latin name: Lavandula angustifolia, do not confuse with lavender aspic)
- 47 tablespoonsCoconut oil
- 5200 gramsLittle spelt flour(Complete)
- 640 gramswhole cane sugar
- 720 gramsDark chocolate(70% or more)
Instructions
Infuse 1 CS of lavender grains in 100 ml of hot water (10 min).
Melt the coconut oil.
Mix the flour and sugar, then add 5 tbsp of melted coconut oil and lavender infusion.
Form small balls, flatten them and place them on parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C for 8 min.
Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into fine shavings with a serrated knife
Prepare the icing by mixing the almond puree, 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 3 drops of lavender essential oil.
After removing the cookies from the oven, ice them with icing, add some chocolate shavings and some grains of real lavender
Place in the fridge for a firm glaze.
