    pumpkin(Cooked and reduced to a puree)
    150 grams

    Black sesame seeds
    3 tablespoons

    Buckwheat flour
    60 grams

    Coconut oil(Fondue)
    1 tablespoon

    Paprika
    1 tablespoon
  • 6
    Ginger powder
    1 spoon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, salt, and spices

Add the sesame seeds and flour. Mix well to form a soft dough. If it is too sticky, add a little more flour.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and spread it thinly (~1.5 mm).

Remove the top sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the crackers are golden and crispy.
