Ingredients
- 12 partsegg
- 240 gramswhole cane sugar
- 3100 gramsLittle spelt flour
- 40,5Baking powder(1/2 packet)
- 55 tablespoonsCoconut oil
- 62 partsPear(small)
- 740 gramsalmond powder(Or almonds that you grind into powder yourself)
- 81 tablespoonBlack sesame seeds(Optional)
Instructions
Whip the eggs and sugar
Incorporate the flour and yeast, then add the slightly heated coconut oil so that it is liquid, and the pear puree for an ultra-soft texture.
Mix the almonds into a powder, pour into muffin molds and, for a crunchy effect, sprinkle a few black sesame seeds on top
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until your muffin is golden brown.
