Ingredients

    Turmeric

    Cinnamon(teaspoon)

    Ginger(In powder or 1 cm of fresh ginger)

    Water(Filtered water or bottled water)

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients except the ginger in a small saucepan

Add the water gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.

Heat over low heat until you get a homogeneous and slightly thick paste.

Let cool and store in a small airtight jar type jam jar in the refrigerator for 3 weeks

After 3 weeks, the dough will go bad, the smell will be a bit sour and it should no longer be consumed

To prepare you a cup of golden milk with your paste:

Heat 250 ml of plant-based milk (almond, oat...)

Add 1 to 2 tsp of turmeric paste and 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger to taste.

Mix well to dilute the paste properly.
