Ingredients
- 12 tablespoonsHazelnut puree
- 23 tablespoonslemon juice
- 31 tablespoonAncient mustard
- 41 handleHazelnut
Instructions
Mix the mustard, lemon juice, and hazelnut puree until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture.
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts just before serving for a crunchy and delicious touch.
Pour this sauce generously over your warm green cabbage or on another dish... and enjoy!
If you want to cook cabbage: choose a very small green cabbage, with slightly curly leaves. Cut it into quarters then steam for 15 minutes: the knife should easily go in to announce the end of cooking (overcooked the texture will not be good).
