Ingredients
- 1400 gramsShiitake
- 21 roomOnion
- 32 tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar
- 42 tablespoonsSoy sauce
- 5250 gramsBrown rice
Instructions
Cook the rice according to the package instructions
Slice the onion and sauté it for 5 minutes in olive oil
While mincing the shiitakes
Set aside the caramelized onions, and sauté the shiitake mushrooms without adding fat for 5 minutes
Once the mushrooms are well reduced, add the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Let it cook for another 5 minutes. It's ready!
