Instructions
Heat a pan, without fat
Place the salmon pavers skin-side down, cover with a lid, cook over low heat for a few minutes
While waiting, chop the garlic finely and halve the cherry tomatoes. Boil water for the couscous.
Flip the paving stones, cook for two minutes on the other side
Reserve them on a plate
In the same pan, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes, cook for a few minutes over low heat
Add the spinach, cook for two minutes then add the cream
Cook for two more minutes, add the salmon fillets and cook for another two minutes covered
Serve with lemon
