- 21 tablespoonAlmond milk(Cow's milk or other plant-based milk)
- 31 roomBanana
- 41 tablespoonCoconut flakes(Optional - for the topping)
- 51 handleHazelnut(Optional)
- 61 spoonCinnamon(Optional - for the topping)
- 71 roomKiwi(Or other fruit for the topping)
- 81 spoonHoney(acacia for a Low GI or agave syrup)
Instructions
Mix the eggs, milk and honey
Heat a little fat (I use coconut oil)
Pour the egg mixture, cut the half of the banana into slices on top
Close the omelette in two, add the other half of the banana in slices, the coconut flakes, the chopped hazelnuts and the kiwi in slices (or any other garnish of your choice)
