Ingredients
- 12 partsLime leaves(Gives a lot of flavor but Be careful not to eat it!)
- 2150 gramsSpinach
- 3200 gramsMushrooms(I bought a pre-cut organic seasonal mix)
- 42 tablespoonsOlive oil
- 51 podGarlic(Crush the garlic)
- 61 pliersSalt
- 72 pinchesPepper
- 880 gramsRice noodles(I used black rice noodles.)
- 91 tablespoonOyster sauce(Soak in a small glass of hot water. Can be replaced by soy sauce.)
- 101 tablespoonCoriander(Can be replaced by parsley.)
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a wok. Then add the mushrooms and lime leaves.
Add the spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir regularly. Keep on very low heat.
Boil the noodles, then once cooked, add them to the wok, increasing the heat.
Add the cilantro at the end of cooking.
