    Lime leaves(Gives a lot of flavor but Be careful not to eat it!)

    150 grams

    Mushrooms(I bought a pre-cut organic seasonal mix)
    200 grams

    Olive oil
    2 tablespoons

    Garlic(Crush the garlic)
    1 pod

    Salt
    1 pliers

    2 pinches

    Rice noodles(I used black rice noodles.)
    80 grams

    Oyster sauce(Soak in a small glass of hot water. Can be replaced by soy sauce.)
    1 tablespoon

    Coriander(Can be replaced by parsley.)
    1 tablespoon

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a wok. Then add the mushrooms and lime leaves.

Add the spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir regularly. Keep on very low heat.

Boil the noodles, then once cooked, add them to the wok, increasing the heat.

Add the cilantro at the end of cooking.
