- 9270 mLCoconut milk(Canned, not in a carton or other plant-based cream)
Instructions
Cook the rice according to the package instructions
Cut the leeks into strips, rinse then steam cook for 20 minutes
Slice the onion and garlic, add the oil and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes
Add the shrimp, coconut milk, curry and simmer over low heat (95D) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve with rice and leeks, sprinkle with coriander leaves
