Instructions

Cut the carrots into thin slices, set aside

While waiting to cook the rice according to the package instructions

Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half

Add to the garlic olive oil, paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt

Simmer for 3 minutes

Meanwhile, cut the fish into cubes

At the end of 3 minutes, add the fish, the cornstarch, 15 cl of water, the parsley and the coriander, the carrots, salt and pepper

Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes

Serve immediately
