Ingredients
- 125 cLCoconut milk
- 240 gramsBrown sugar
- 36 spoonsAgar agar
- 4450 gramsFrozen berries
- 525 cLRice cream
Instructions
Heat the milk with the cream and 30g of sugar without boiling
Add agar agar, add to the milk mixture off the heat, mix well continuously
Pour into glasses and refrigerate for two hours, thaw the fruits
When it's time for dessert, pour the fruits into a saucepan with the remaining sugar, heat for 2 minutes, then add to the set creams
