- 33 tablespoonsDark chocolate
- 430 gramsBrown sugar
- 5140 gramsWhole grain spelt flour
- 63 tablespoonsCoconut oil
- 71 spoonCinnamon
- 83 handlesOat
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil over very low heat
Preheat the oven to 180F, take out a baking sheet
Coarsely chop the chocolate into chips. If it's difficult by hand, use a large knife.
Mix the oil, sugar, flour, egg, yeast. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough
Add the oat flakes
Add the chocolate chips, mix well
Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and make small balls of dough well separated from each other
Bake for 8 minutes for cookies that are still soft when they come out of the oven, 2 extra minutes if you prefer them firmer 🐰🐰🐰
