- 81 tablespoonHoney(Acacia for a low GI or agave syrup)
- 9300 gramsCouscous(Complete for a low GI)
Instructions
Sauté 5 minutes the meat in the olive oil with the sliced onions
Add the diced carrots and sliced prunes
Wet by just covering with water
Cover and cook for 30 minutes
Cook the semolina according to the package instructions
Add a spoonful of honey and sliced lemon to the meat
Cook for another 10 minutes
Serve with couscous, and sprinkle with slivered almonds
