Instructions
Beat the eggs and the sugar.
Add cinnamon and plant-based milk to the eggs, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Dip the slices into the mixture for 5 minutes.
Heat a little ghee in the pan
Place them in a generously oiled pan, 5 minutes on each side
Serve with a little sugar
